Neil Cohen is the visionary founder of Cobra Tech Solutions, established in 2021. With 26 years of experience in IT Lifecycle Solutions, Neil has played a pivotal role in several startup companies. He co-founded Phoenix Asset Management in 2002, where under his stewardship, the company achieved significant growth and success, leading to its acquisition by private equity. In 2006, he spearheaded critical process development and international programs at Atlantix Global Systems, benefiting clients and VARS globally. In 2010, Neil co-founded Nextech Partners, focusing on new sales teams, ITAD programs, and establishing nationwide education benchmark programs. His leadership culminated in the sale of Nextech to private equity in 2018. Neil's extensive experience covers startups, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and marketing and branding, equipping him with the skills to drive Cobra Tech Solutions from its inception to expansion and beyond.

A graduate of the University of Missouri, Neil resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, with his wife and three children. He is deeply passionate about his family, golf, and football.
